Apartmani Semja
Rád bych všechny varoval před ubytováním v apartmánech Semja (Šurida u Puly). Apartmány mají dva, jeden je asi tak 400 metrů od moře, ovšem k pláži je to dalších 300. Druhý apartmán je asi tak jeden a půl kilometru. Nic vážného, pokud by na tomto webu neuváděli vzdálenost 200 metrů od pláže. Takže pokud si domluvíte jako my apartmán za 45 Eur, který je 200 metrů od pláže, stane se vám, že budete bydlet za 60 Eur asi 700 metrů od pláže. Apartmány jsou neoznačené, telefon nebrali, hledali jsme je přes hodinu, utahaní, vedro, paní domácí nemluvila anglicky... Z apartmánu jsme měli výhled na staveniště, ze sporáku fungovala jen jedna plotýnka, skoro žádné nádobí.Po třech dnech jsme se sbalili a šli bydlet jinam.

ppripojuji vysvetleni cele situace od majitele objektu, ktery rekl bych, ze celou situaci objasnuje.
We actually have two houses for letting out to tourists which we do demonstrate on our website:
www.apartmani-semja.hr. This link is on the page where we advertise our apartments on website
and virtually all the clients who write us, visit our website us well.
Moreover, in our e-mails to clients we give them the details of the two houses so that they can make
a choice.
Marcela Sablature booked an apartment at 45eur/day from 27.07-04.08.2007 in our house No2 which is
900m from the sea and on arrival she complained the distance from the sea was too much for her so
she will rather stay in the other house which is closer to the sea. For the records, She was aware
of all the details about the house in which she will stay prior to arrival. We got her informed that
the price there is not 45eur/day rather, is 60eur/day for the apartment she wanted. Upon agreeing to
this new price, they got accommodated in this house in the apartment she chosed. At the beginning
all the housewhole equipments were functioning well, however, on Sunday, 29.08.2007 the stove in the
apartment got broken down but we did give them a portable stove which they could use. As we agreed
with them, they were suposed to pay us on Monday, the 30-th. On that Monday, when we went to them
for the money they started to bargain with us saying they will pay 50eur instead of 60eur. We could
not let them pay less than we agreed so they started looking for reasons upon which they will base
their arguement about decreasing the price and after we did not agree with the price decrease they
picked up offence and said they will go away. All our effort to get them stay was to no avail! We
did all we could for them to enjoy their stay but they went away earlier than planned. The owners of
these apartments are Russians who do not speak English but we have workers who speak good English.
On the day of their arrival we had someone who spoke English with them and on that 30-th the one
writing you right now spoke with them. Our apartments are high standard three star equivalent
matching Croatian standards and are well equipped with kitchen and utencils, A/C etc and there are
no doubts about that since we have the necesary documents.
